Sharif Shaon:  [2] "Shahjahan Siraj was one of the four caliphs in the war of independence. [3] He made this remark at a book distribution function at Begum Rokeya Auditorium in Mithapukur upazila of Rangpur yesterday afternoon. His two books 'Upakhyan' and 'Politics of Love' were distributed in all technical, madrasa, primary and secondary schools of Mithapukur.

[4] Rashek Rahman  said, "I have been doing politics since my student life. I will do it. Here I have written about a man who ran from Teknaf to Tetulia, dreaming of Bengali victory, education, medical treatment and self-reliance. He cannot belong to any party or group, he is Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman"

[5] Rashek said that removing the darkness from people's homes was a great gift from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, daughter of Bangabandhu. "She has come forward for the welfare of the country and the people through the Megha project of the country including the transformation of education. This development is not for people of any party, religion, caste, everyone will take advantage of it. Now is the time for Bangladesh to be free, to develop and move forward", he added.

[6] Rashek said that young people need to be educated in order to build the country. The anti-independence forces started a newspaper in Mithapukur area to deprive the youth of real history. We have been publishing a teen magazine for 30 years to stop their misdeeds. Not many people know that my parents run this magazine.
